Subscription Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment information will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay for everything upfront.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your orders. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are paying for a product that is out of stock or coming soon but not yet in inventory. We may not collect payment or may collect partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and collect the full or remaining amount at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a (partial) refund. Please refer to our return policy for more information on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy When you purchase an item on a try-before-you-buy basis, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period has expired and you have not returned the item, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
